Our 30-day Next Page Guarantee

If your child doesn't ask for the next page within 30 days of receiving their Unblue workbook, email us and we'll refund you in full. Keep the book: there's nothing to send back.

The guarantee covers printed workbooks and PDFs. For a PDF, the 30 days start on the day you buy it.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

If your workbook arrives damaged or misprinted, or doesn't arrive, email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll print and ship a new one for free, or refund you, as you prefer.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@unbluekids.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Each workbook is printed to order. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible: we can cancel and refund your order until it goes to print. After that, the 30-day guarantee still applies.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
