Where we ship

We ship our printed workbooks to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

PDFs arrive instantly

If your order includes a PDF ("Book + PDF" or "PDF only"), your download link is in your order confirmation email, sent right after payment. A PDF has nothing to ship and no shipping fee.

Printed workbooks: 5–8 business days

Each workbook is printed to order, spiral-bound, then shipped. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Deliveries to Canada, Australia and New Zealand can take a few days longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is shown in your cart and at checkout, before you pay. It is free on orders of $55 or more (or the equivalent in your currency), which means two workbooks or more.

Tracking

We email you as soon as your workbook ships, with a tracking link when the carrier provides one.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

If your workbook arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email us at hello@unbluekids.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll print and send a new one for free, or refund you.

Wrong address?

Each workbook is printed to order. Email us right away if your shipping address needs a change: we can update it until your workbook goes to print.
